Saint Martin's School - Rosettenville

Subject outings are a great motivation for our students

Subject outings continue to be an important part of the curriculum at St Martin’s School.

There is nothing more demotivating than just learning theory and never seeing the real thing in action. Our Grade 10 Business Studies pupils visited the Johannesburg Market, the Absa Money Museum and Krispy Kreme. The Grade 11 class went to the JSE – a real eye opener.

The science outing to the pool wasn’t, of course, very far but our Grade 9 scientists were able to properly test their periscopes in the water.
