A Day in the Life of St Martin's Pre-Prep School

School Fees – understanding our fee structure

At St Martin’s, our January 2026 fees reflect our commitment to quality education and holistic care. In the Pre-Prep phase (Grade 000–0), fees include supervision until 17h00, daily lunch and snacks, so no extra aftercare is needed. Across all phases, tuition covers academic support such as subject clinics and extra lessons, with teachers readily available to assist. Please note that ancillary levies, boarding, and outsourced sports are charged separately for full transparency.

Fee Payment Policy

On acceptance, a non-refundable Enrolment Fee of R12,000 (set by the Governing Council and subject to revision) is payable before admission, after which parents, guardians, or sponsors remain responsible for tuition fees and any extra costs.

Withdrawal notice policy

Parents, guardians, or sponsoring organisations agree to provide one full term’s written notice before withdrawing a pupil from the school. This notice must reach the Head of the school before the first day of the term when withdrawal is intended. Failure to give such notice will result in full payment of fees for the term, regardless of the pupil's attendance.

Payment methods and terms

Annual fees are due by 14 January 2026, termly fees on the first day of term, and monthly fees (January–October) on the first of each month, all via the School’s Debit Order system. Fees may be reviewed during the year, and interest will be charged on overdue accounts. Parents are also liable for costs arising from dishonoured or reversed payments, as well as recovery and collection charges on unpaid fees. This policy is reviewed periodically and updated as necessary.
